General Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"):
Account: The personal profile through which participants schedule and manage CoreBrew Lagree sessions via the MindBody App..
CCA: Refers to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
CoreBrew Pty Ltd: The registered company operating as CoreBrew Lagree.
CoreBrew Lagree Studio: Any fitness center operating under the CoreBrew Lagree brand.
New Client: An individual who has never previously attended a CoreBrew Lagree Studio.
Offer: Any promotional deal or package available for purchase under these Terms.
Participants: New and existing clients of CoreBrew Lagree.
Policies: The policies of CoreBrew Lagree available on the official website.
Privacy Policy: The privacy policy available on the official website.
Website: The MindBody website used for booking CoreBrew Lagree classes.
2. Acceptance of Terms
CoreBrew Lagree ("we," "our," "us") allows you to access and use the Website and purchase Offers, subject to these Terms. By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms, Policies, and Privacy Policy.
We may amend these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
3. Changes to Offers and Pricing
Subject to applicable laws:
Offers may be varied or discontinued at our discretion.
Pricing may be updated with prior notice.
Pricing changes take effect from the specified date.
4. General Terms
Offers cannot be used with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
CoreBrew Lagree reserves the right to modify or cancel any Offer without prior notice.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Offer’s continuation, CoreBrew Lagree may cancel, modify, or suspend it.
5. Statutory Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, CoreBrew Lagree guarantees that services will:
Be provided with due care and skill.
Be fit for their intended purpose.
Be supplied within a reasonable time.
We limit liability as permitted by law but do not exclude liability for "reckless conduct" as defined in the CCA.
6. Limitation of Liability
Participation in CoreBrew Lagree classes involves inherent risks. By participating, you assume these risks.
CoreBrew Lagree is not responsible for personal belongings.
You agree to indemnify CoreBrew Lagree from claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
PRIVACY POLICY
CoreBrew Pty Ltd (ABN: 69 681 648 313) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Personal details (name, contact information, DOB, emergency contact, payment details, health information, and preferences).
Employment-related details (for recruitment purposes).

Manage accounts and bookings.
Improve services and offerings.

GENERAL POLICIES
1. Liability Waiver
By booking a CoreBrew Lagree class, you agree that:
CoreBrew Lagree is not responsible for lost/stolen belongings.
You participate voluntarily, assuming all associated risks.
You release CoreBrew Lagree from liability for injury or property damage.
2. Booking, Attendance & Payments
Classes must be booked online and paid for in advance, unless otherwise arranged.
Late arrivals (5+ minutes) may not be permitted to join.
Membership classes are non-transferable.
If from the same household, you may allow one another to use the same pack.
3. Waitlist & Cancellation Policy
If a class is full, you can join a waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before a group class and 24 hours before a private session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of class credit.
4. Code of Conduct
Clients must:
Follow instructor guidance.
Treat staff and other clients with respect.
Use equipment responsibly.
Failure to adhere to this code may result in removal from the studio.
5. Age Limits & Children
Clients must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Children are not permitted in the studio unless supervised by an adult (who is not attending a class).
6. Animals Policy
No animals are permitted except for registered service animals.
7. Communicable Disease Policy
Clients with communicable diseases must obtain medical clearance before attending classes.
COREBREW MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Membership Terms
Memberships cannot be cancelled before the minimum 12-week term.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Unused class credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
2. Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel within 7 days of signing up by providing written notice.
A $50 cancellation fee applies.
3. Payments & Fees
Fees are paid via the Mind Body App.
A $5.00 dishonour fee applies for failed payments.
Unpaid fees may result in account suspension.
4. Membership Cancellation
After the minimum 12-week term, cancellations require 14 days’ notice.
A 50% cancellation fee applies for early termination.
Medical cancellations require proof and incur an administration fee.
5. Membership Deferral
Deferrals must be for at least 1 week and up to 4 weeks.
A $30 per week deferral fee applies.
6. General Limitation of Liability
Participation in classes is at your own risk.
CoreBrew Lagree is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
7. Amendments & Jurisdiction
CoreBrew Lagree may amend this agreement with 30 days' notice.
This agreement is governed by the laws of South Australia.
By signing up for a CoreBrew Lagree membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
