WHAT IS LAGREE?

Developed by French American fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree; Lagree is a high intensity, low impact, full body conditioning workout that combines strength, cardio, core, endurance and flexibility training in 45 minutes. The Lagree workout is performed on the Megaformer Pro.

Lagree builds explosive strength, core stability, endurance, and joint protection—all crucial for physical sports and general well-being. With slow resistance and time under tension, you will develop power without strain. It enhances mobility, balance, and recovery while reducing injury risk. Lagree’s low-impact, high-intensity method delivers elite conditioning.

LAGREE vs PILATES

Lets talk about the differences.

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on a Megaformer Pro, designed to simultaneously build strength, endurance, and cardio fitness. It focuses on slow, controlled movements with constant tension. It can be a mindful exercise, great for rehabilitation and alignment.

In contrast, Pilates Reformer emphasises smooth, controlled movements to improve flexibility, posture, and core strength.

While Lagree delivers a full-body workout with quicker visible results, Pilates focuses on alignment, mobility, and gradual strength-building. Both methods offer unique benefits based on individual goals.
