A low-impact yet deeply challenging strength workout, designed to reduce strain on ligaments and tendons, while building the foundation for a strong future. A full-body session which uses precise, controlled movement to build and maintain muscle mass, support bone health, and improve balance and endurance. Thoughtful sequencing enhances flexibility and strength, creating a seamless, empowering experience that meets your body where it is and supports it through change

  • A 45-minute Megaformer class thoughtfully designed for adults 60+. This low-impact, full-body workout focuses on controlled, purposeful movement to build strength, stability, and mobility—without strain on the joints.
    Classes move at a steady, manageable pace and are capped at smaller numbers, allowing our instructors to meet you exactly where you are and provide personalised support and form-focused guidance. Each sequence improves balance, endurance, and flexibility, helping you move with confidence in everyday life.

  • A 45-minute prenatal Megaformer class, tailored for pregnancy. A low-impact, strength based workout designed to support your core and pelvis, improve posture, and ease common pregnancy discomforts. With a focus on strength, mobility, alignment, and mindful movement, this class helps you to stay strong, connected and confident throughout your pregnancy - -no matter your trimester.  Classes are capped at 6 participants to provide individual attention and modifications.

    Clients are encouraged to attend our prenatal classes from second trimester onwards


  • A 45-minute postnatal Megaformer class designed to support recovery after birth. Slow, controlled movements help rebuild strength, restore core stability, improve posture and gently increase endurance - supporting both physical recovery and overall wellbeing. Small class sizes ensure tailored and individual attention in every class. Babies welcome!*

    *must be not be crawling or happy to stay in a pram or bouncer for the duration of the class. Mum needs a break sometimes!
