Our classes are suitable and accessible to all levels. Whether you’re just starting on your Lagree journey, or a Lagree enthusiast, we modify to your level whilst encouraging you to push your limits. With 10 Megaformers per class, you can expect a personalised, boutique experience where our instructors pay close attention to your form and pace.

Each class you’ll get a full body work out, challenging every muscle; muscles you didn’t know you had.

Our class packs and monthly memberships each have a number of options to choose from. Plus, you have the choice to add a Brew per class!
